うちのダーリンBeach Flagのファイナリストになりました！
Beachクリーンのあと行われた大会で、地元ライフセーバーを押し退けて、決勝へ～！
残念ながら４位で景品はもらえなかったけど、見直しました。最近メタボちゃん気味だったけどやれば早いのね。ハッハハ～

今日は材木座にて。
evergreen主催のイベントに家族総出です。

この海に娘が沢山遊ばせてもらうことでしょう。

Running or Jogging?!

週末久々に走りました。

離乳食後たっぷりおっぱいを飲ませ、3時間はFREEの状態♪

旦那ちゃんにムスメを預けて私はランニングへ！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

海岸沿いを走りたくて、たどり着くとなんとたくさんのランナーが！

すれ違う時、おじさんランナーがいつも「おはよう！」って話しかけてくれる。

これが、なんか嬉しい～！

走れないと思っ。てたけど、気付いたら45分も走ってた。

距離にして5キロ以上は走れたカナ？！

う～もっと走りたい、時間が欲しいぃ～

体力も回復しなきゃ。

体重も、、、あと2キロ落としたい。

でも、産後6ヶ月にやせないと後は無理らしいので、半分諦めモード。

昨日はオータニの結婚式で予想外にも和食だったのでやっぱり体が洋食を求めます。(^0^)/

ママ友と裏の公園でPicnic。 気付いたら３時間もいました(^0^)/
ムスメもスリングで寝ちゃうし、やっぱり外は気持ちいですね！

Monthly Marathon@Shonan

Just as I was net-surfing, I found out that there's monthly Marathon race @ Shonan.

It only costs 800yen per race and you can register yourserlf from 1k, 3k, 5k, 10k, and half --

I've been slacking off these days saying that I'm too busy with motherhood, but I think it's time to start running again, seriously.

I have been running short distance on weekends when my daughter sleeps in late, but that doesn't happen so often. However as she turnds 7 months this Sat (so early!!), she can stay with her daddy a bit longer than she used to. Her breast-feeding time has extended to 3-4 hours so I can concentrate on my running during that time IF my husband is coopertaive

We both like to run/surf so it's always a battle as to who takes turn in taking care of our daughter. Don't take me wrong, we love her soooo much, but we both NEED to exercise every now and then.

Miracle of birth

It's amazing how your life changes after you give birth to a child. I've never really thought about this deeply but I think I made a whole new pack of friends over the past 6 months.

Wherever I go, it seems like I'm making new friends...

It's all because of my daughter.

It's amazing how people are so open when they have a child (children). People tend to hide their identity if you meet them in person , 1on1, but when there is a child, it's totally different.

No hiding and no lies....

I'm thankful to Komame for letting me enjoy the 'motherhood' and greatful for the fact that she has brought whole new life to me.

結婚記念日

14日は結婚記念日。

なのに、15日零時、今思い出しました！
そして、旦那さんまだ仕事！
今日から三年目。でも、付き合ってからもう10年経ってます。スウィートテンダイヤモンドかっ？！
今年は新メンバーも加わり楽しくなりそうです。

旦那さんにリマインドしたら忘れてた事に相当shock受けてます。こんな日もあるさ～♪
